Full Description
SliceFil-420 brings scalable automation and robust slicing performance into a flexible footprint.
Products are loaded on a movable infeed belt, clamped by an automatic pneumatic gripper and stabilised by top and side tampers with adjustable pressure. The slicing head uses a circular blade in orbital motion, with independent control of rotation and orbit speeds, to maintain clean, repeatable cuts across a very broad thickness range.
For presentation control, the machine stacks or shingles portions and uses a separating belt with automatic vertical swing to help form neat stacks up to 80 mm. First and last offcuts are removed automatically for consistent packs. Operators manage programmes on a 15-inch touch screen with storage for up to 50 recipes.
The modular base accepts options such as a dynamic weighing station for target-weight slicing, multi-conveyor exits, paper interleave and several discriminator styles for portion rejection, making it straightforward to integrate with manual or automatic thermoformer loading.
Built in AISI 304 stainless steel, the machine is designed for easy access and cleaning, and power, air and footprint options allow the 420 to scale from smaller industrial rooms to larger plants.
