Our UK in-house service department works directly with our customers whilst liaising with our parent company which is a team who are there to service every single one of our customers in all over the world. The team is evenly split between English and Italian speakers to aid in customer support and also liaising with our manufacturing site in Italy.

Our engineers get sent to the Ilpra factory in Italy and get involved with the final build stages and test of the larger models we manufacture. This is to ensure they are fully familiar with the machine that will arrive at your site. The engineers will then be by your side to help with the installation and first few days operating your new equipment. After the installation if further support is required all staff will be made available to talk you through fixing the problem and if required then attend site to rectify any concerns.
