SliceFil-360 combines an angled slicing head with dependable throughput and easy operation. Products are placed on the polyurethane infeed belt and advanced into the cutting zone, where a circular blade follows an orbital path with independently adjustable rotation and orbit speeds.

The 60° cut increases visible surface area for attractive presentation on items like fish fillets and sausages. Continuous working means the cover stays closed while new products are loaded, which supports efficiency and safety.

Controls are simple on the integrated touch screen, with recipe storage for repeat jobs. The machine is built in AISI 304 stainless steel with accessible elements for quick cleaning and compliance with food safety standards.

Net output reaches 300 cuts per minute within a compact footprint, and sliced portions are discharged on a 1000 mm conveyor.

Options include custom output lengths to feed a thermoformer, allowing straightforward integration.
