Our History
70 years supporting our customers with more than machinery
Our history began in 1955, when ILPRA was founded and created the first tray sealer for food packaging. Over the next 70 years we have become tailors of packaging, able to listen and create, according to what we have learned, the right solution for productions all over the world.
For us, packaging is a matter of trust. ILPRA’s solidity and the ambition that governs our work have driven us to an important milestone in 2019, with the listing of our stock on the Italian Stock Exchange. The transaction allows us to raise resources by diversifying our funding sources to accelerate development and maintain a transparent asset with the market and our audience.

Our Process
Understand how we work
Consultation & Design
Your request is first submitted by the local salesperson to our product management team, who, along with the technical department, evaluates the best solution and checks feasibility. At the same time, we focus on packaging, technology, material sourcing, and input from the research and development team. This collaboration results in the design of your new packaging line, which is then produced entirely in our factory.
Manufacturing & Quality Check
After production, we begin testing to ensure the hardware and software work together as planned. This includes thorough testing in our showroom and dedicated testing room. Customers are welcome to visit and see the testing of their new machine in action.
Installation & Training
Our skilled technicians handle the installation and also train your operating personnel to ensure they are comfortable with the new technology. We provide ongoing support through remote assistance and predictive maintenance to prevent any production downtime.
After Sales Services
Our spare parts department actively monitors component conditions and quickly responds to any maintenance needs. This proactive approach helps keep your production running smoothly without interruptions.
