Do you offer packaging machines for both fresh and ambient products?
Yes, we do. We supply machines that can handle both chilled and ambient baked goods and pasta. For products that require longer shelf life, we offer vacuum and MAP sealing options. For ambient items such as dry pasta or sweet pastries, we provide flow wrap and tray sealing options that offer protection while maintaining product visibility.
Can I use compostable trays and film with your machines?
Yes. We offer machines that are fully compatible with compostable and recyclable packaging materials. Our tray sealers and flow wrappers can be configured to work with certified compostable films and trays made from plant fibre or cardboard. We also run in-house trials to test new sustainable materials to make sure they meet your product and sealing requirements.
What kind of shelf life can I expect from your packaging solutions?
This depends on your product type, packaging material and chosen sealing method. With MAP or vacuum sealing, many fresh bakery and pasta products can achieve significantly extended shelf life compared to standard sealing.
