The Single Lane Rotary (RZ8-350) is a state-of-the-art packaging machine designed for pre-made Doypack pouches, offering precise and efficient operation. Fully electronically controlled and servo-driven, it ensures smooth and accurate performance throughout the packaging process.
The machine’s cantilever construction allows easy pouch movement and ensures total accessibility for maintenance and cleaning. USDA approved for total washdown; it maintains high hygiene standards. The “no open – no filling” feature prevents filling if the pouch isn’t properly opened, and misplaced or unopened pouches are automatically rejected.
