SliceFil-320 brings together accurate portioning, dependable throughput and easy sanitation in a compact layout.

Operators load products manually onto a movable belt that protects product surfaces, then stabilise them with a universal manual gripper and an adjustable pneumatic top tamper. The slicing head uses a circular blade in orbital motion with independent control of rotation and orbit speeds, helping maintain cut quality across a wide thickness range from fine to thick.

For lines that need weight accuracy, the machine can be specified with dynamic scales integrated into the base for target-weight slicing, helping reduce giveaway.

Day-to-day setup is straightforward on the integrated touch screen, which stores up to 50 recipes. The outfeed conveyor carries portions away at full speed and the frame’s AISI 304 stainless-steel build with accessible elements simplifies routine cleaning.

With options for extended infeed and outfeed, a pneumatic gripper and a thermoformer loading conveyor, SliceFil-320 fits small to medium size industrial environments and scales with production.
