A wide 350 mm input section, orbital circular blade and automatic product gripper combine to deliver clean, repeatable slices for meats, cheese and cold cuts including bacon, salami and cured or cooked sausages.

SliceFil-400 brings high speed, larger product handling and dependable cut quality together in a durable stainless-steel frame.

Products are loaded on a movable infeed belt, secured with an automatic universal gripper and stabilised by pneumatic top and side tampers. The slicing head uses a circular blade in orbital motion with independent control of rotation and orbit speeds to maintain accuracy across the 0.5–50 mm thickness range.

An automatic function removes the first cut and end waste for consistent portions. A separating belt with automatic vertical swing supports neat stack formation, and a long straight outfeed transfers portions smoothly for downstream packing.

Operators manage settings on a 7- or 10-inch touch screen with storage for up to 50 recipes. Safety is supported by electromechanically controlled covers and mechanical blocking systems.

With a net output of 400 cuts per minute and a maximum product length of 1000 mm, SliceFil-400 fits busy lines that need speed, presentation flexibility and robust, easy-clean construction.
