SliceFil-600 is an automatic portion slicer built for high throughput and precise slicing in demanding production. Operators load products comfortably on the movable infeed and secure them with the automatic pneumatic gripper for stable cutting.

SliceFil-600 pairs high speed with control and cleanliness in a compact, reliable package.

Products are manually placed on the movable belt for gentle handling, then held by an automatic pneumatic gripper and stabilised by an adjustable pneumatic top tamper.

The slicing head uses an orbital circular blade with independently set rotation and orbit speeds to maintain cut quality across a wide thickness range. Operators select and save recipes on the integrated 7-inch touch screen, while a synchronised outfeed conveyor carries portions away.

Presentation is flexible, supporting stacked or shingled configurations. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel with accessible elements, the machine is designed for quick cleaning and long service in intensive environments.

Safety is supported by electromechanically controlled covers and mechanical blocking systems. With a net output of up to 600 cuts per minute and a product window suited to many proteins and cheeses, the 600 fits high-demand lines without compromising finish.
