The Twin Lane Rotary (RZ8-S170B) is a highly advanced packaging machine tailored for pre-made Doypack pouches. Its dual-lane design and servo-driven control ensure precise, smooth, and efficient operations throughout the packaging process.
The machine’s cantilever construction allows for effortless pouch movement and ensures full accessibility for maintenance and cleaning. USDA approved for total washdown; it maintains rigorous hygiene standards. The “no open – no filling” feature prevents filling of improperly opened pouches, while the system automatically rejects misplaced or unopened pouches.
