Unwinding-Rewinding System with Automatic Reels
This feature automatically positions the correct amount of heat-sealing film, unwinding it from a reel for the sealing area and rewinding the scraps post-seal-cut operation. Electronically managed and regulated by a specific sensor, it maintains the correct tension regardless of changes in diameter, reel weight, and operational speed. Both unwinding and rewinding shafts come with a pneumatic expansion system, ensuring optimal clamping and facilitating quick and effortless loading and unloading by the operator.
