ILPRA’s Form Fill Seal line allows to thermoform, dose and seal containers, using recyclable materials such as rPET and PLA , always taking into account your design requirements to obtain a customized package. With the Fill Seal line, yogurt packaging in pre-formed pots is done through the use of highly customizable rotary or in-line machines capable of meeting the high hygienic standards required by large-scale productions. Regardless of yogurt consistency, ILPRA’s dosers allow to fill in a variety of different ways which include: layered, multiple products, with twist effect and in bi-compartment packs. Strong attention is given to the material used: our solutions allow to fill and seal different plastic, paper, aluminum, glass, and ceramic-based containers by means of pre-cut film or lid.
