FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What dairy products can your machines package?

We package a wide range of dairy and dairy-alternative products including yoghurt, cream, soft cheese, sliced cheese, grated cheese, butter, desserts and dips. Our machines can handle liquids, viscous products and solids, and are built to work with different filling, sealing and lidding formats.

Are your systems suitable for cheese packaging?

Yes. We offer thermoformers and tray sealers ideal for hard and semi-hard cheeses. These machines can create vacuum skin packs, MAP trays or standard sealed formats with plastic, cardboard or skin board bases. They’re perfect for blocks, wedges, slices or grated formats.

Do you offer recyclable or compostable packaging options?

We do. Our machines are compatible with rPET, PLA, aluminium, HDPE, mono-materials and compostable trays. If you’re switching from traditional plastic to a more sustainable format, we’ll support testing and setup to ensure the pack performs as expected.

Can your machines run different cup or tray types?

Yes. Many of our systems can be equipped with changeable tooling so you can run different product lines on one machine. That includes switching between cup sizes, pot materials, or tray dimensions. Ideal for producers offering multiple product ranges or export lines.

How do you tailor your machines to dairy production?

We start with a consultation to understand your product type, hygiene needs, packaging format and output requirements. Then we configure the dosing, sealing, material handling and washdown compatibility to suit your environment. You can test your own packaging and product in our UK facility before installation.

What kind of UK support do you provide?

We offer full UK-based support including installation, operator training, technical assistance and spare parts. Our engineers can help with setup and maintenance both in person and remotely, and we offer planned servicing to keep your dairy packaging line running efficiently.
