CPS Technology

This innovative technology ensures a seamless flow of trays into the machine, enabling the conveyor belt to efficiently separate and transport trays directly into the sealing mould without interruption. This process is achieved through sophisticated coordination between the jaws and conveyor belts, enhancing the machine’s operational efficiency and throughput.

Constant Torque Servo Drive Motors

Precision control over the unwinding and rewinding system is achieved using two advanced brushless motors. The first motor meticulously unwinds the film based on settings from the control panel. The second motor maintains optimal film tension, adapting to the waste reel’s diameter. This setup ensures precise film handling and movement control, accommodating both neutral and printed films with accuracy.

Anti-Crush System

An integrated photocell monitors tray positioning, activating an alarm to halt the sealing process if a tray is detected in an incorrect position. This safety feature prevents potential damage to the trays, ensuring the integrity of the packaging process and safeguarding against operational disruptions.

Jaws Carriage

The entire container transport mechanism is powered by state-of-the-art brushless motors, allowing for precise control over the jaws’ opening and closing movements. This control is easily adjustable via the control panel to meet specific requirements. The carriage’s design prioritises rigidity, reducing jaw vibration and enhancing the speed and accuracy of container positioning.
