FoodPack Master represents ILPRA’s latest generation of inline tray sealing machines, engineered to combine flexibility, efficiency, and dependable performance in demanding production environments. Developed from the proven expertise behind the 1450, 1465, and 1485 series, this innovative range introduces new technologies that enhance packaging operations, increase output consistency, and streamline machine management. It is a versatile solution tailored to the requirements of today’s food packaging industry.

Equipped with a new cycloidal drive system, an upgraded film handling mechanism, and the advanced OMNI SCREEN control panel, FoodPack Master enables greater precision throughout the packaging process while improving operator interaction. Its design focuses on maximizing uptime, reducing maintenance requirements, and delivering reliable long-term performance. Available in Compact, Chain Feed, and Walking Beam Feed configurations, the range offers a packaging solution for a wide variety of products and production needs.

CPS Technology

This innovative technology ensures a seamless flow of trays into the machine, enabling the conveyor belt to efficiently separate and transport trays directly into the sealing mould without interruption. This process is achieved through sophisticated coordination between the jaws and conveyor belts, enhancing the machine’s operational efficiency and throughput.

OMNI SCREEN Panel

The advanced OMNI SCREEN control panel delivers a more connected and user-friendly machine operation experience. Featuring intelligent diagnostics, live production insights, and an intuitive touchscreen layout, it enables operators to monitor performance, access key information, and manage processes with greater speed and accuracy.

Anti-Crush System

An integrated photocell monitors tray positioning, activating an alarm to halt the sealing process if a tray is detected in an incorrect position. This safety feature prevents potential damage to the trays, ensuring the integrity of the packaging process and safeguarding against operational disruptions.

Quick-Release Lower Mould

The tool-free quick-release lower mould system allows operators to remove the forming plate rapidly and safely, helping to reduce cleaning and maintenance times. Designed for greater operational flexibility, it enables fast format adjustments and simplifies routine production activities.

For selected tray formats, the system supports a quick transition from single-compartment trays to dual- or triple-compartment configurations in just a few minutes, minimizing downtime and improving overall production efficiency.
