Rigid thermoforming films are engineered for high-speed packaging lines where strength, clarity, and reliability are essential. Available in PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) for exceptional transparency or PP (Polypropylene) for microwave-safe applications, these films are used to create trays, blisters, and clamshells across food and non-food sectors.

Each film is produced to tight tolerances to ensure consistent forming and sealing. The result is a stable, high-quality package that protects contents during transport, storage, and display. PET variants offer crystal-clear presentation ideal for chilled foods and retail display, while PP versions deliver heat resistance and flexibility for ready meals and microwaveable products.

Rigid films can be supplied in different gauges, widths, and barrier grades depending on the application. They are compatible with ILPRA’s thermoforming and form-fill-seal machines, supporting fully automated production with minimal material waste and strong environmental performance.
